What size are the magnets?

Each magnet is 2.5in by 2.5in, perfect for your fridge or gift giving!

How do I upload my photos?

You can upload them directly on the product page before checkout. Please make sure your photos are bright & high-resolution for best print results.

Can I crop or edit my photos before ordering?

Yes! You will be able to crop your photos into a square on the product page before checkout.

How long will it take to receive my magnets?

Our production time is usually 1-2 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because each magnet is custom made with your photos, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there’s a mistake on our part. Please double-check your photos before ordering!

Can I order a large batch for gifts or events?

You sure can! We offer bulk pricing for large orders of 50 magnets or more. For more details, please see our “Bulk Magnet Orders” page on the main menu. 

 

Do you offer custom text or design on the magnets?

Yes! We can add names, dates, short messages, & websites on the back of each magnet upon request - making it perfect for weddings, birthdays, and business branding!

Are the magnets durable?

Yes, they are made with high-quality photo paper & a protective laminate to resist fading and moisture.
