Refund policy

Each magnet we make is created just for you - from your chosen photos to the finishing touches! Because every piece is custom made to order, we are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your photos have been uploaded and your order has been placed. 

Please take a moment to double-check your photos before submitting your order to be sure it’s the one you want & that it is cropped just right. 

If Something Goes Wrong 
We want you to love your magnets! If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or make it right as quickly as possible.
